Hello dear blog readers,

I'm blogging after a quite long time. Im really sorry readers! I can't wait to share with you the updates about us.  Prachodaya Homes is growing and we would announce shortly on our upcoming projects at two places in Chennai.. 

Our current projects are in its final stages. The bungalow project at Pallikaranai is nearing its completion. This beautiful creation looks briliant and I can't wait to see the final build of it.  

The structure is a modern day interpretation of the Kerala style of architecture. The sun floods into this house through courtyard and pergola. This house revels in natural splendor.

The central courtyard in the living room is to bring natural light and fresh air into the interiors. Quite a big pergola has been built out from the home to provide a nice seating area to relax and unwind. ( the owners of this bungalow have such a great and fabulous taste)

The bedrooms are vast and one of them has gabled roof.. ( A gable is the generally triangular portion of a wall between the edges of a sloping roof ). I really hope their kids would love this room.
