Work in Progress - Ekanta

At Ekanta, work is in full swing as our latest project is nearing piling work. (Btw, piling is used to strengthen the soil on ground by using piling machine and able to support the load of building). The foundation work is expected to commence shortly. The pics show the construction site as on November 10, 2012.

Each and every element has been carefully put together in perfect setting for a comfortable living. The apartment boasts french windows that bring in natural abundant sunlight and ventilation. We have designed specifically 2BHK+S to  provide comfortable and dedicated study rooms. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light.

I have had a rather long break from writing, I have been so busy getting things done, being a wife, a mother... It has been busy but so great because the time has been flying by. Things are shaping up extraordinarily well and am happy God has always stood by our side. Our project has all the approvals in place and after a lot of contemplation, we have finalized our project elevation and floor plans. The project is set in a perfect location at Madipakkam, close to Velachery MRTS, it boasts of a stilt based structure. Bedecked with a contemporary elevation, it boasts of an access controlled entrance. It features natural stone in parking areas, two wheeler parking bay for non scratch car parking, utilty room, servant room and a garbage chute system..Hold on to your breath – the G+2 apartments, Ekanta is a project that has a good mix of 2 BHK, 2+S BHK and 3 BHK units measuring between 1191 sq.ft to 1490 sq. ft.
